This simple through girder is like many along this line. It is one of many mass produced Lassig products, made specifically for the Chicago & North Western system.
This bridge was originally constructed in 1898, and was widened in 1913. It is a through girder, set upon stone abutments. The abutments are constructed of two distinct stonework styles.
Overall, it appears to be in very good condition. The southern track is no longer used, and the rails have been removed. It currently serves as an access road.
The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
The photo above is an overview. The bridge can be accessed from the road it crosses.
